The mission of this camp is to help better prepare serious self-motivated female college and high school varsity soccer players for the physical demands of their fall seasons.* Rather than train players for one week before a season, this camp spreads the workload over four weeks so that players appropriately build-up long-term stamina and conditioning without the injury risks single-week camps pose.
*Promising self-motivated players who aspire to play for their varsity teams may be accepted and grouped accordingly.
This year we will be outdoors at the Derryfield School in Manchester, NH!
The camp will run three days a week, two hours a day (Mon, Wed, Thurs) from 9:30am-11:30am on the following days:
Week 1: July 13, 15, 16
Week 2: July 20, 22, 23
Week 3: July 27, 29 & 30
Week 4: August 3, 5, 6
A pre-camp workout regimen will be included as part of the camp as well.
Each in-person session will include the following activities specifically designed to help players develop their individual skills, speed of play, stamina and strength:
Agility, Injury Prevention and Technical Warm-up
Skills Stations
Games
Conditioning and cool down
The full cost to participate is $485. When divided by 24 hours, that breaks down to $20 an hour plus change. That means the workout schedule prior to arriving at camp comes at no extra cost!
We will be accepting no more than 60 players, so don't delay - this is a firm limit.
If you are going to college you deserve a financial break, so returning college players pay only $335 this summer!
